Return & Refund Policy

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order under UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
